West Virginia: Third Special Session Called

Governor Jim Justice (R) has called lawmakers back to the capitol on December 4 to pass enabling legislation that authorizes the state to proceed with the sale of up to $1.6 billion in road bonds; pursuant to the so-called “Roads to Prosperity Amendment of 2017.” The special session is slated to be held in conjunction with previously-scheduled interim meetings this week.
